Our advice is completely bespoke, and will often include in-house materials and code samples for you to take away.

We are a small company with real expertise, but that expertise is finite. Thus, if we are unable to meet your requirements in any way, we will say so at the outset. Our aim is to provide the highest quality advice based upon real experiences, not a sub-standard service with cracks papered-over.

Prices & Booking

We are a small and highly-competitive company: you will be hard-pressed to find a better quality of service for the price!

Price
Due to its nature, TrueBit consultancy work is always charged at an hourly rate. Unlike our training services and certain development work, we cannot quote a fixed-price for any piece of consultancy work because of the inherent unknown factors.
We charge a single flat rate no matter how the consultancy is delivered, whether by phone, email, online, or face to face in person. Note also that any portion of an hour is billable, and there must be a minimum of 30 minutes consultancy per case.
Meeting in Person
For the case of an in-person meeting, a consultancy booking must be made at least 10 working days in advance.
To complete the booking, we require a 25% deposit on any travel, accommodation, and room hire expenses incurred by TrueBit, which is non-returnable in the event of cancellation by the client. In the unlikely event that the meeting must be cancelled by TrueBit on the given date(s), alternative dates will be offered or - as required - the deposit will be refunded in full.
Free Estimate
We are often able to provide a free estimate of the number of hours expected to provide a good level of service. This will be itemized over a number of areas, where relevant.
To request a free non-binding estimate of the number of hours and a binding (but time-limited) quote on our hourly rate, please send full details of your requirements. For an efficient service, the more information you can send at this stage the better: this can include specifications, diagrams, code samples, etc.
